April 27-May 3, 2020
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 5:00 p.m. on April 27, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer in the chest are on the officer’s jacket. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Missouri Eastern Correctional Center: At approximately 3:31 p.m. on April 29, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer in the facial area. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Southeast Correctional Center: At approximately 12:29 p.m. on April 29, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer in the facial area and eye. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 12:40 a.m. on April 30, 2020, an offender assaulted two officers. The offender kicked one officer in the lower leg area and kicked another officer multiple times buttocks and legs. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Northeast Correctional Center: At approximately 2:03 p.m. on May 1, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender chest bumped and placed an officer in a headlock. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 10:28 am. on May 2, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender struck the officer twice in the head with a closed fist. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 10:04 p.m. on May 2, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw an unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer on the back of the neck and shirt. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Western Missouri Correctional Center: At approximately 7:28 p.m. on May 2, 2020, an offender assaulted two officers. The offender slammed a mug of hot liquid on the officer’s desk and splashed two officers in the body and face. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. One officer received first degree burns and received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Moberly Correctional Center: At approximately 12:25 p.m. on May 3, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The officer was attempting to unlock a door when the offender grabbed the officer’s buttocks. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 12:53 p.m. on May 3, 2020, an offender assaulted a nurse. The offender squirted an unknown substance at the nurse, striking the nurse on the legs. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The nurse did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 4:35 p.m. on May 3, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw an unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer in the facial area. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Southeast Correctional Center: At approximately 1:02 p.m. on May 3, 2020, two offenders assaulted five officers. The offenders struck the officers with closed fists, striking them in the facial area and back of head. Additional officers responded, the offenders was secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
