- Questions related to specific release dates and home plans should be directed to the institutional parole office where the offender is residing.
- Questions related to inmate conduct violations should be directed to the Division of Adult Institutions.
- Intervention Fee questions are handled by the Division of Probation and Parole.
- Parole officer complaints in the field or institution should be directed to the Division of Probation and Parole.
