Family Orientation Meetings
Family orientation is available for immediate family members or significant others of first-time offenders. Watch this video to learn more about visiting, mail, sending money, offender classification and a general summary of all aspects of incarceration.
To make a reservation to attend a meeting or learn more about the department’s rules and practices, contact the facility during the first weeks of incarceration. Staff will make arrangements.

The department encourages family members to attend a Family Orientation Meeting and learn about the department to help stay informed and provide support and guidance to for their incarcerated loved one. Children should not attend.
