Jan. 27 - Feb. 2, 2020
Jefferson City Correctional Center: At approximately 6:01 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2020, an offender struck an officer with a closed fist multiple times in the face and back of head. Additional officers responded, the offender was restrained. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South Central Correctional Center: At approximately 8:10 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2020, two offenders assaulted two officers. The offenders threw an unknown substance on the officers, striking the officers in the facial area, arms, chest, neck, side of body, elbow, finger, hand, leg and wrist. Additional officers responded, and the offenders were secured. The officers did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Moberly Correctional Center: At approximately 10:50 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2020, an offender struck an officer with a closed in the stomach area. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Jefferson City Correctional Center: At approximately 8:38 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2020, an offender struck an officer on the side of the head. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
South East Correctional Center: At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2020, an offender struck an officer on the right side facial area with his head. Additional officers responded, and the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
