March 23-29, 2020
Eastern Reception, Diagnostic & Correctional Center: At approximately 12:40 p.m. on March 26, 2020, an offender assaulted a nurse. The offender struck the nurse on the right side of the face. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The nurse did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Moberly Correctional Center: At approximately 5:45 p.m. on March 28, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender threw an unknown substance at the officer, striking the officer in the in the face. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Eastern Reception, Diagnostic & Correctional Center: At approximately 7:56 a.m. on March 29, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender turned and pushed the officer with both hands. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer did not require outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
Women’s Eastern Reception & Diagnostic Correctional Center: At approximately 9:15 p.m. on March 29, 2020, an offender assaulted an officer. The offender spat at the officer, striking the officer in the face, mouth, and upper torso area. Additional officers responded, the offender was secured. The officer received outside medical attention. A conduct violation was issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
