South Center Correctional Center: At approximately 4:16 p.m. Jan. 29, 2019, an offender assaulted three officers. The offender swung at the officers and became aggressive. Staff responded appropriately, and the offender was secured. Two officers were examined by outside medical staff. The third officer declined medical attention. A conduct violation will be issued for this assault. Any assault may be referred for prosecution.
